One way to think about leverage in this YTB travel business is how you can build a team of referring travel agents, each striving to build their own business. For example, let's say Sue works hard and builds to a Level One Director in YTB, which means she has 500 RTAs in her organization. Now let's say that each of these 500 RTAs works just one hour per day for one year. That would be 500 x 1 x 365 days = 182,500 hours. Now, Bob decides to work alone (like having a job) and he works 24 hours a day with no sleep for one year; he would haved worked 8,760 hours. It would take Bob almost 21 years to equal what the Sue, the Director is able to do her leveraged effort.

What if Bob worked only eight hours a day? Well, he would have to work for 62.5 years to equal what Sue's team could do with just one hour each day.

Now look at what happens if Sue's team worked eight hours a day and Bob worked eight hours a day: Bob would have to work for 500 years!
